If you are a resident owner or a tenant, you may reserve the clubhouse for two private, non-commercial parties per year free of charge. See below for details.
How Do You Reserve the Clubhouse?
You may get a clubhouse/pool reservation form from the mail station or download one below. Please fill out the form and drop it off with our Clubhouse Reservationist. They will get back to you about whether the date that you requested is available. You may also call the Reservationist, and they will ask you for the form information over the phone. The form requires that you acknowledge several items explicitly that are found in the Clubhouse Rules.

How Do You Reserve the Pool?
Use the same procedure as a clubhouse reservation. Note that, unlike a clubhouse reservation, a pool reservation does not give one exclusive use of the pool for the period requested; other residents may use the pool at the same time. However, only one pool reservation can be active at any one time thus avoiding any serious over-crowding. See the Swimming Pool Rules and Regulations for details.
