Welcome

Wesley Place is a beautiful 73-home planned unit development (PUD) located in west Knox County, Tennessee. Built in three phases, Wesley Place has been considered among Knoxville's most desirable low maintenance communities since 1984.

Offering spacious, manicured common grounds, a clubhouse with full kitchen, and a sparkling pool, Wesley Place's amenities are an outstanding value. Our grounds sport two entrances with brick walls and pillars, extensive mowed common areas and private lawns, a creek, foot bridge, and plentiful trees, shrubs, and flowers. Home exteriors offer pleasing distinctions, but common architectural themes are applied and maintained throughout.

Wesley Place is governed by an elected volunteer six person Board of Directors with a President, Vice-president, Secretary, and Treasurer. The Board sets rules and policies to ensure the continued excellence of our community.

Numerous committees involve many residents in the upkeep and socialization opportunities of the community. Our owner's information center provides help in requesting maintenance, architectural or landscaping changes, or finding local services. Residents can learn about events outside the community from local media. The features items page has items that we have featured over time.

For additional details click on the links or on one of the navigation buttons on the left. Residents and owners need a user name and password to access our owner's only portion of the site.

The resident information index is a quick way to visualize all the important community information that both new and old residents alike need to know. It consolidates information from both the public and private portions of the site so have the user name and password ready to browse.
