Here we provide information useful to our residents that we can make available publicly. Additional information is available to owners only on the private part of the site.
HOA Fees
As of September 2021, the monthly HOA fee is $360/month ($4,320 annually) due on the
first of each month. Payments may be made by check mailed to :

Contact HOA Management for other
payment options. Fees not paid within 30 days after the due date shall incur
a late fee of $20.00.

Clubhouse Information
Homeowners may reserve the clubhouse for an event by contacting the reservationist. Contact information is available on the private part of this site. The address of the clubhouse is 8959 Wesley Place Drive, Knoxville, TN 37922. Fire regulations limit occupancy to 44 people. Owners may pay their maintenance fee by depositing their checks in the mail slot to the left of the door.
The door code and WiFi information are available on the private web site.
Private Web Site Access
The private portion of the web site is password protected and contains information available only to homeowners and renters. If you are a new resident or owner you can get access information by contacting a Welcoming Committee member. Otherwise you may contact Tim Rhyne (8919) or a Board Member.
