Maintenance

As a planned unit development (PUD) the Association is responsible for certain maintenance activities while you, the homeowner, are responsible for others. PUD owners own their home and the lot upon which is stands as opposed to condominiums where a person essentially owns an apartment, usually only from the paint or drywall in. Use our maintenance form, which is available at the mail station or on this page below, to request service from the Association.

Maintenance Requests

If maintenance is needed on a WPHA covered item please complete a Request for Repairs or Maintenance (pdf) form. The completed form should be mailed or delivered to the chair of the maintenance committee.

Maintenance Responsibilities

Issues that are not explicitly addressed on the form may be brought to the Chairperson of the Maintenance Committee. Appeals of decisions made by the Maintenance Committee may be brought to the Association's Board of Directors.
