Grounds
Grounds maintenance is provided by the Association, while homeowners tend to their personal flower beds and shrubbery.

Clubhouse
Homeowners share ownership of the clubhouse under rules set by
the Association. Currently, owners may have two events per year for free.

Pool
Our pool has long been a favorite place for kids to play and adults to get great exercise.
The Association provides service for the pool maintaining ph and chlorine levels for good
health and safety. Wesley Place has consistently received excellent
grades from the Knox County Health Department. The pool is fenced
and a key is required for entrance. Rules are posted and strictly
enforced. There is no life guard on duty.
Mail Station
Homeowners frequently meet at the pull-thru mail station complete with package boxes.
