Architectural Change Requests

Before making any home improvement affecting the exterior of a unit or changes to landscaping approval must be received from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Forms are available at the mail station or download below from this site.

Architectural Change Requests

Use a Request for Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Approval (pdf) form to request your exterior or landscaping change. Detailed instructions are on the back and you may also attach relevant background information, such as drawings, to your request. The completed form should be mailed or delivered to the chair of the ACC.

Process Overview

The ACC will review your request and either approve as requested, approve with conditions, or disapprove the request. Homeowners may appeal decisions of the ACC to the WPHA Board of Directors.

All work is at homeowner expense and the homeowner is responsible for returning all property, whether personal, community, or neighbor-owned, that is not part of the approved changes back to its original condition.
