We refer to different parts of Wesley Place as its phases. This map shows these phases. Phase 1 was built in 1984, Phase 2 was built in 1984/85, and Phase 3 was built in 1986. All homes are treated equally, regardless of their phase. In fact, all homes must pay the same HOA fee as required by the DCCR’s Article IV, Section 6 Uniform Rate of Assessment clause.
